We are excited about this feature of our website. Our Plan Studio Room allows users the opportunity to review plans on-line. With a username and password, you will be able to review research and full construction documents, allow your contractor and subcontractors access for bidding your project which will save additional time and money (no paper copies or travel time), and share your new home plans with family and friends. Even family and friends across the miles!

NHD will provide you with a User Name and Password. If you are interested in viewing plans through our studio, please call a Plan Specialist today!

Types of Studios

  • Studio #A
    • Non-printable PDF format which allows you to view plans on-line.
    • Subject to the terms of NHD's License Agreement - License Fee must be purchased for this option
    • Technical Support included with purchase - valid 6 month - single use

    • Printable PDF format which allows you to view a single purchased License fee (plan) on-line and print preliminary copies - License Fee must be purchased for this option
    • Printable 1/4 inch sets are "Not for Construction"
    • Subject to the terms of NHD's License Agreement
    • Technical Support included with purchase - valid 6 month - single use

    • Annual Membership
    • Allows unlimited purchased License Fee (plans) to be viewed on-line and print preliminary copies - License Fee must be purchased for this option

    • Technical Support included with purchase - Annual Membership

Our Plan Specialists will review your criteria and use their expertise knowledge to find plans that fit your needs. Once this process is completed, we will contact and provide you with a Username and Password. This will provide you access to your personalized home plan review studio.
